From student to master

The WyngTjun training of the I.S.M.A. is divided into different degrees, from student to master. With each degree, new techniques are learned and content is trained. In the student grading programs (1.-12.), the student learns the first sequence of Chi Sao + applications as well as SD techniques in five phases, ritual combat behavior, defence against multiple and armed attackers, gentle control techniques “, Use of improvised weapons and stress control. By passing all SG.- examinations, he / she qualifies for the technical level.

Student degree

Our students will learn all the key methods to permanently change their execution of the Chi Sao. This will increase the effectiveness of the execution by a lot.
