WyngTjun for seniors – keep fit!

Through the I.S.M.A.-WyngTjun system, we also teach older students three important characteristics, which are promoted by meaningful movements and specific exercises:

The I.S.M.A.-WyngTjun movements keep your muscles and joints fit as well as the circulation in momentum. They also give you more self-assurance: you can defend yourself in an emergency!
